Sivas Cumhuriyet \u00dcniversitesi Turizm Fak\u00fcltesi Gastronomi ve Mutfak Sanatlar\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011frencileri \u00f6n elemeyi ge\u00e7erek 1. oldu. Yar\u0131\u015fmaya \u00d6\u011fretim G\u00f6revlisi Emre Hastao\u011flu \u00f6nderli\u011finde Gastronomi ve Mutfak Sanatlar\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011frencileri M\u00fccahit Soykan, Sefahat Ta\u015f\u00e7\u0131 ve \u00dcnalcan Kutal kat\u0131ld\u0131.<br \/>\nY\u00f6resel malzemelerin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir yar\u0131\u015fma oldu\u011funu belirten Emre Hastao\u011flu men\u00fcn\u00fcn Sivas y\u00f6resinden olu\u015fturuldu\u011funu ifade etti. Daha \u00f6nce y\u00f6resel bir pasta olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na vurgu yapan Hastao\u011flu Sivas\u2019a \u00f6zg\u00fc mad\u0131mak ve karamuk bitkisinden pasta, pezik tur\u015fusundan alabal\u0131k, Naduk(\u00e7edene helvas\u0131), Incasiye ve kelle tatl\u0131s\u0131ndan bir men\u00fc olu\u015fturduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<br \/>\nYar\u0131\u015fmada sadece yeme\u011fin g\u00fczelli\u011fi ile dereceye girmediklerini ifade eden Hastao\u011flu hijyen, zaman\u0131 do\u011fru kullanma, yeme\u011fin lezzeti, sunumu, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc ve do\u011fru malzeme kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile puan ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<br \/>\nHastao\u011flu son olarak \u0130stanbul\u2019da yap\u0131lacak olan T\u00fcrkiye Kupas\u0131 Yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131\u2019na
